How it works & FAQs

How It Works :

  1. Check date availability

  • Check your wedding date availability by submitting an inquiry.

  • I require a 20%(30% for international weddings) non-refundable deposit to secure your date. I also can accept 2 payments for the balance if you prefer.

2. Consultation

  • 4 weeks prior to your wedding, I will send you a questionnaire to start planning your painting.

  • During our planning, please feel free to share your vision! If you're unsure, I am here to provide expert suggestions.

3. The Wedding Day

  • I will arrive before your ceremony to capture reference photos of your scene for the painting, as well as to set up.

  • Seeing me painting your big day will be great entertainment for you and your guests!

  • Before leaving, I will come find you to show the painting of the day. I will then take it to my studio for touch up and custom framing.

4. After Wedding

  • Touch up will take about 12-16 weeks depending on its size, however, it can take longer.

  • I will varnish it to enhance the colours and protect the painting from UV rays, dust, and yellowing after receiving your final confirmation, which I'll provide by sending you a photo.

  • I will share custom framing options with you that you can choose from which I will then order and frame myself so it is ready to hang in your home.

  • And the wedding painting is yours to cherish forever!

FAQs:

Q. “I've already had my wedding. Would you be willing to do a portrait from a photo?”

~Absolutely! I can definitely paint your big day from a photo. Please send me an inquiry and will give you a quote.

Q. “Do you travel for weddings?”

~I would love to! Travel in the NYC area is included in the price. If your venue is futher than that, a travel fee will apply.

Q. “Can you ship the painting?”

~Yes I can! I will safely pack and send it to you. Additional shipping charge will apply to you. Please note that if you're located in NYC area, I can deliver your painting in person.

Q. “What do you need at the venue?”

~All I need is an outlet for the lighting and a small space to paint. If you’d like me to paint in an outdoor setting, I’ll need a shaded area (such as an outdoor umbrella or tent) to avoid direct sun or rain.
